Kuhn introduces new rotary rakes

Kuhn North America, Inc., introduces the GA 4220 TH and GA 4221 GTH trailed rotary rakes. These gyrorakes have a 13' 5" working width and are designed to meet the needs of hay producers who demand improved productivity, while increasing the quality of their hay and forage crops.

The new rotor design, with 11 tine arms, provides cleaner raking, a 10 percent increase in capacity, and faster working speeds compared to previous models. Exclusive double-curved tine arms optimize the tine position, providing superior raking quality and windrow formation.

The large, well-formed windrows promote faster drying, enabling producers to harvest crops at their peak nutritional value with less reliance on the weather. Since the tines to not normally contact the soil, there is less opportunity for contaminants to enter the windrow, resulting in higher-quality forage.
