Stu Rothenberg, one of the most respected political analysts on Capitol Hill, will bring his political insights to this year’s Diamond Anniversary Delta Council Day.
Rothenburg, a columnist and frequent guest on several Washington talk shows, will address Delta 1000 members before the Delta Council annual meeting on May 28. He will appear in the Quadrangle outside the Bologna Performing Arts Center in Cleveland, Miss.
“Stu Rothenberg is a long-time friend to Delta Council and our members and guests have enjoyed his uncanny ability to dissect and handicap political races,” said Delta Council President Travis Satterfield. “And 2010 is a watershed election year.”
Rothenberg is the editor and publisher of the Rothenberg Political Report, as well as penning his bi-weekly Roll Call column and a contributor to The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times.

He has served as a political analyst for several news networks and has appeared on NBC’s Meet the Press, ABC’s This Week and Nightline and The McLaughlin Group. He served as a political analyst for CBS News, and has served as a CCN pundit for over a decade.
Rothenberg holds a B.S. degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut. In addition, he taught political science at Bucknell University and the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
The Diamond Anniversary meeting of the Delta’s regional development organization will begin at 10:30 a.m. following Rothenberg’s address and the recognition of the Delta’s Honor Graduates.
