Cotton Board Field Staff are direct links to the Cotton Research and Promotion Program. They are responsible for keeping cotton producers informed about Cotton Research and Promotion activities.

The Cotton Board administers and oversees the Cotton Research and Promotion Program conducted by Cotton Incorporated for U.S. cotton producers and importers.
