With limited rainfall and record-breaking temperatures scorching much of the country this summer, the nation’s crops and forages have suffered from moderate to extreme drought conditions.

Through solid-state fermentation, a strain of Aspergillus niger works in synergy with the animals’ digestive systems to break down layers of the feed that were previously inaccessible through digestion.
