SEVERAL USDA agencies will host a briefing on the 2002 farm bill Dec. 12 at the Sutton Administration Building located on the campus of Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, Miss.

The program will begin at 8:30 a.m. following registration, which starts at 7:30 a.m. The purpose of the program is to highlight changes and new provisions in the 2002 farm bill.
