Sipcam Agro's Stalwart herbicide not just for corn

SIPCAM AGRO USA, Inc., has expanded its metolachlor product line with the addition of Stalwart Herbicide. The new formulation is labeled for pre-emergence control of most annual grasses and small-seeded broadleaf weeds in a variety of crops, including cotton, peanuts, pod crops, potatoes, safflowers and soybeans.

Sipcam Agro began marketing the Stalwart brand of metolachlor herbicides in 2003 with the introduction of Stalwart C, a safened emulsifiable concentrate for use in field corn, and Stalwart Xtra, a pre-mix field corn herbicide containing metolachlor and atrazine.

Stalwart Herbicide is an 8-pound-per-gallon emulsifiable concentrate formulation. It is ideal for tank-mixing with other herbicides as well as fluid fertilizers. The complete line of Stalwart Herbicides is available in 2×2-gallon cases, 260-gallon mini-bulk containers and bulk.
