Senninger introduces Upright Micro-Sprinkler

• The Upright Micro-Sprinkler offers high uniformity, a large diameter of coverage and easy in-field maintenance.

Senninger Irrigation, a global leader in agricultural irrigation manufacturing, is pleased to announce the release of the Upright Micro-Sprinkler, designed specifically for irrigation in nurseries, greenhouses, orchards, vegetables and citrus.

"There are several aspects to operating a greenhouse efficiently and effectively," said Carlos Diaz, Regional Manager for Senninger.

"As irrigation needs fluctuate, we at Senninger are glad to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction by continuously creating new products that satisfy these needs."

The Upright Micro-Sprinkler distributes water over a large diameter and in a consistent uniform pattern, even in single row installations.

However, growers who want to irrigate smaller and younger plants with the Upright Micro-Sprinkler can use a tabbed deflector that reduces the angle and diameter of coverage. This localizes the water application for smaller root zones. These tabs can then be clipped off to let the sprinkler grow along with the plant.

"The Micro-Sprinkler's versatility gives growers better options for efficient irrigation in nurseries and greenhouses. Its bridgeless design provides a uniform 360 degree distribution pattern while the engineering-grade UV-resistant thermoplastic construction helps assure reliability and durability," said Diaz.

The product's design allows for easy assembly and disassembly during field maintenance. There are few steps involved in installation, which makes cleaning faster. The sprinkler's deflector snaps into its retainer, which attaches to the nozzle base with a twist. Multiple connection options make it easy to retrofit existing systems.
