MachineryLink, Inc., announces that it is making equipment in its fleet of combines, tractors and cotton strippers available to producers for short-term rental this season. The short-term rental program is designed to meet the often unexpected, in-season power needs of producers and is separate from the company's Innovation Rental Program that involves a longer-term, multi-year guarantee.

With the MachineryLink short-term rental program, producers can choose from newer model John Deere and Case combines, Case and New Holland tractors and John Deere cotton strippers. The program fits the needs of producers who want additional equipment for faster harvest and field work, need equipment due to increased yields, or who encounter unexpected problems with their existing equipment.

According to David Forsee, president of MachineryLink, the company's short-term rental program gives producers another source for large equipment that they may need quickly and for short periods of time. “There's limited access to certain types of equipment for short-term use in many areas and we believe we can help fill that need,” Forsee says.

“We have years of experience in transporting, delivering and servicing large equipment that producers require and can do so at very competitive rates. Producers get the equipment they need, when they need it and pay for just the time they use it.”

Producers have the choice of 50 and 60 series John Deere combines, model 2388 Case combines, 180 to 270 horsepower tractors and other equipment, as it's available. The equipment is delivered when producers need it and includes service and maintenance using the MachineryLink field service network and local dealers.
