Tennessee Grain & Soybean Conference

The Tennessee Grain & Soybean Producers Conference will be held Thursday, Feb. 5, in Dyersburg, Tenn.

The conference features University of Tennessee Research and Extension Specialists, as well as other industry experts, on topics such as proper soil management, achieving strong yields, and controlling resistant weeds.

The conference also includes a special session devoted to commodity marketing presented by Mark Gold of “Top Third” Ag Marketing.

Trade show and sponsor booth visitation begin at 8 a.m. Presentations begin at 9 a.m. Lunch will be provided at noon.

The Grain & Soybean Conference is held at the Dyer County Fairgrounds located on James Rice Road in Dyersburg, Tenn.

Weed Resistance Management in Cotton

This course covers a wide range of options to effectively control weeds in cotton and reduce the risk of weed resistance management. It is accredited for hours/units for licensed/accredited applicators in 7 U.S. Cotton Belt states (Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, South Carolina an d Tennessee.
