Arkansas Rice Federation grower meetings

The Arkansas Rice Federation next week will host several grower meetings throughout the state.

Arkansas Rice Federation Executive Director Ben Noble will join USA Rice Federation President and CEO Betsy Ward and VP Government Affairs Reece Langley for an informal discussion on key issues facing the rice industry.

Topics will include government and regulatory activities that will have an impact on the rice industry and highlights of promotional activities.

Dates and locations are:

• Monday, Aug. 10 — 6:30 p.m. Green County Farm Bureau, 3201 Linwood Drive, Paragould, Ark.

• Tuesday, Aug. 11 — 8:00 a.m. Arkansas State University at Newport Student Community Center, 7648 Victory Boulevard, Newport, Ark.

•Tuesday, Aug. 11 — 12 noon. Country Club of Marianna, Hwy. 79 East, Marianna, Ark.
