McCrometer is pleased to announce the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Automata Inc., based in Nevada City, Calif., a leader in satellite and radio telemetry, software and sensors for agricultural and rural water.
Combined with the earlier acquisition of Adcon Telemetry, McCrometer also has established a new business unit, McCrometer Connect. This new business unit will focus on developing and selling completewireless solutions for agriculture and rural water management applications.
