Rice Foundation elects officers for 2004-05

THE RICE Foundation board of directors, meeting in Dallas in conjunction with the USA Rice Federation annual business meetings, elected officers for 2004-05. Gary Sebree, a rice producer from Stuttgart, Ark., and immediate past chairman of the USA Rice Federation, was elected chairman. Lee Adams of American Rice, Inc., in Houston was elected vice-chairman and Willard Jack, a rice producer from Belzoni, Miss., was elected secretary.

Officers serve one-year terms and can not hold office longer than two consecutive one-year terms.
