Louisiana hosting Tri-State Soybean Forum

THE LSU AGCENTER is the host this year for the Tri-State Soybean Forum for producers in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. The forum, which rotates among the three states, will be Jan. 3 in Tallulah, La.

“The Tri-State Soybean Forum has served as the premier meeting for soybean producers in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi for the past 30 years,” said LSU AgCenter soybean specialist David Lanclos. “This year, we are covering a broad range of topics regarding the soybean industry.”

The meeting begins with registration at 8 a.m. at the Tallulah Country Club in Tallulah. LSU AgCenter Chancellor Bill Richardson and Vice Chancellor Paul Coreil will open the meeting at 8:20 a.m.

For more information, call Lanclos at 318-473-6530 or LSU AgCenter county agent Richard Letlow, who also is helping to coordinate the meeting, at 318-281-5741. There is no cost to attend the forum.
