Co-hosted by the LSU AgCenter, North Louisiana Agri Business Council and the West Monroe Chamber of Commerce, this event will focus on some of the top agriculture topics today, according to Bob Hutchinson, LSU AgCenter Northeast Region director.
"This event is family oriented," Hutchinson said. "We'll have booths set up for people with farming interests and for homemakers and children. There'll be something for everyone."
In addition to the regular exhibits, the 2004 Ag Expo will feature “Ag Alley.” Ag Alley, sponsored by the LSU AgCenter, will feature a host of exhibits on cotton, poultry, forestry and farm animals together with Agriculture Career Booths, and many other booths to show how agriculture affects our daily lives.
Borden’s Elsie the Cow will also be a new feature at the 2004 Ag Expo. General admission is $5.
