It’s believed that one in seven persons on the earth does not get enough to eat on a daily basis. For some, this is more than a shortage of food, it’s a food justice issue. Oxfam America’s Gawain Kripke discussed this and other aspects of hunger during an interview at the Ag Issues Forum. The forum, sponsored by Bayer CropScience on the eve of Commodity Classic in Nashville, Tenn., featured a wide range of speakers around the sustainability issue.
