Farmers hope agreement will shed light on nutrient runoff

Nutrient runoff continues to be a major issue up and down the Mississippi River. USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service recently entered into an agreement with the Iowa Soybean Association’s On-Farm Network to conduct a study of what’s happening in three areas of the state. The On-Farm Network’s Tracy Blackmer discussed the agreement during this interview at the 2013 On-Farm Network Conference at Iowa State University.
