Estate taxes 'throttle investment' (VIDEO)

Sen. Blanche Lincoln says the current laws governing estate taxes should be changed because they do not allow farmers to invest in themselves.

Lincoln, the Arkansas Democrat who faces perhaps her toughest challenge yet in her bid for re-election, defined her stance on such issues as being a centrist, “someone who is right down the middle.”

Her comments came during a Saturday question-and-answer session at the Mid-South Farm and Gin Show in Memphis, Tenn. (VIDEO)
