Now that the 2012 elections are finally over, Congress will get down to work and put the nation’s fiscal house in order – or will it? Texas A&M’s Mark Dotzour says two words – shared sacrifice – will determine whether the government actually moves forward or continues to pile up debt. He spoke with Delta Farm Press’ Forrest Laws following a session on U.S. land values during the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers annual meeting in Indianapolis.
