David Miller has spent much of the last several years working on carbon trading through AgraGate, the Iowa Farm Bureau’s climate credit corporation. Uncertainty over legislation has reduced the price of carbon credits to low levels, putting the carbon market in disarray, he says. In this interview at the University of Missouri’s Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute’s Breimyer Seminar, Miller talked about the current state and future prospects for carbon trading.
