The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers’ Ag Pro Outlook and its 79th annual meeting will be held Nov. 11-14, 2008 at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas.

Industry leaders from around the United States are expected to attend the national conference.

Conference attendees will hear keynote speaker David Kohl on the “Changing Face of Agriculture and Rural Landscape.”

In addition, a wide variety of program sessions will be offered on topics that include Commodity Price Trends, Renewable Fuels, and Meeting Global Demand for Grain.

The conference also features a trade show and Ag Innovations Session, promoting the latest products and services available in the agribusiness marketplace.

“Our focus will be on addressing the unprecedented change under way in agriculture. Record commodity prices, large increases in land values and dramatic shifts in land ownership, are affecting us all in many ways,” said Jerry Warner, AFM meeting chairman. “In addition to valuable information on timely topics, this will be an excellent opportunity to network with top agribusiness professionals from across the country.”
