The Delta Research and Extension Center at Stoneville will be the host site for the Delta’s annual Cotton Field Day Aug. 18 and Rice/Soybean Field day Aug. 19.

Registration begins in the grove at 8 a.m. both days. Field tours begin at 8:30 and lunch will be served as the tours conclude.

The Cotton Field Day includes nine stops with topics ranging from fertility and irrigation to variety trials and site-specific management technology. Extension specialists and MAFES researchers will explain various research projects and report on the findings and how those findings impact crop management on individual farms.
